Capricorn Energy PLC (GB:CNE) has released an update.
Capricorn Energy PLC has actively bought back and cancelled a total of 42,699 of its own shares across different trading venues, as a part of its ongoing share repurchase program announced earlier last year. The program has so far accumulated an expenditure of £17,298,196. Following the cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the company has been reduced to 71,831,526.
