Capricorn Energy PLC has repurchased 10,800 of its ordinary shares for cancellation, with transactions executed through various trading venues at an average price of £219.44. This buyback is part of a larger program initiated in May 2023, which has seen a total of 8,654,302 shares repurchased at a cost of £19.86 million. Following these transactions, the company’s total number of shares in issue stands at 70,584,436.
