With the latest buyback, the company has acquired a total of 7,933,415 shares at a cost of 18,295,490 GBP, reducing the total number of outstanding shares and voting rights to 71,305,323. This move is part of Capricorn’s ongoing share repurchase program, aimed at returning value to shareholders.
