Capricorn Energy Advances Share Buyback Plan

Capricorn Energy PLC (GB:CNE) has released an update.

Capricorn Energy PLC has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 17,410 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 187.33 GBP per share, executed through BofA Securities across multiple trading venues. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated on 4 May 2023, which to date has cost the firm £17,465,824 and reduced the total number of shares in issue to 71,740,279. Shareholders may use the updated total voting rights figure to assess changes in their stake in the company.
