Capricorn Energy PLC has announced the recent buyback of 14,935 of its ordinary shares for cancellation, at an average price of 220.57 GBP, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program. Since the program’s inception on May 4, 2023, the company has bought back a total of 7,948,350 shares, costing approximately 18.3 million GBP. Following the cancellation of the acquired shares, Capricorn’s total issued share capital and total voting rights stand at 71,290,388.
