Capricorn Energy PLC has just announced a buyback of its shares, with the most recent purchase totaling 6,256 shares for cancellation, at an average price of 196.60 GBP per share. This move is part of an ongoing share repurchase program initiated on May 4, 2023, which has, to date, seen the company buy back 7,914,846 shares at a cost of £18,254,248. Following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue and total voting rights in the company now stands at 71,323,892.
