Capricorn Energy PLC recently reported the buyback of 10,549 of its ordinary shares, signaling a continued effort to enhance shareholder value through its stock repurchase program. Since the program’s initiation on May 4, 2023, Capricorn has bought back 7,617,825 shares at a cost of around £17.69 million, which subsequently reduced the total ordinary shares in issue and the total voting rights to 71,620,913.
