Caprice Resources Plans New Securities Issue

Caprice Resources Ltd. (AU:CRS) has released an update.

Caprice Resources Ltd. has announced a new securities issue, proposing to issue a maximum of 66,008,150 ordinary fully paid shares and 62,000,000 options expiring on 31st January 2027, with an exercise price of $0.03. The company has informed the ASX of the proposed issue, which is scheduled for 28th June 2024, in line with the ASX Listing Rules.
