CapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS) has announced a conditional agreement to acquire 100% of Victory SR Trust, which owns lyf Funan Singapore, a property set to be managed under a master lease post-acquisition. The deal, aimed at expanding CLAS’s portfolio, will be subject to approval by CLAS’s Stapled Securityholders, with a circular to be issued for their vote. This strategic move is expected to enhance CLAS’s offering in the Singaporean real estate market.
