CapitaLand Ascendas REIT has announced the utilization of an additional S$5.3 million from its S$500 million private placement proceeds to partially finance the redevelopment of a logistics property in Singapore. This allocation is consistent with the intended use of funds as previously stated. The company has now fully utilized S$139.5 million for the Seagate Singapore R&D facility acquisition and another S$129.9 million for a potential asset acquisition, with no remaining balance from the proceeds.
