CapitaLand Ascendas REIT recently conducted its Annual General Meeting with attendance from key management and board members, as well as representatives from its trustee, auditors, and legal counsel. The meeting, which took place at Capital Tower in Singapore and via virtual technology, involved discussions on the REIT’s performance and strategy. Unitholders and proxies were present as per the attendance list maintained by the REIT’s manager.
