Capital World Nears SPA Completion Milestone

Capital World Ltd. (SG:1D5) has released an update.

Capital World Limited has announced that MK Mustafa has received the necessary EPU Confirmation, thereby fulfilling one of the conditions precedent (Waived CP (2)) for the completion of their Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). However, another condition (Waived CP (3)) remains pending. The company reassures shareholders that it will keep them informed on any significant progress and advises them to seek professional advice before making any decisions regarding their securities.
