Capital World Limited has completed the issuance of various shares, including Conversion Shares to AIM Worldwide Group Ltd and Bonus Shares to key directors and employees, resulting in an increase of the company’s issued share capital. These newly issued shares will rank equally with existing shares but are not entitled to dividends or distributions with record dates preceding their allocation. The shares are set to be listed on the Catalist of the SGX-ST on April 1, 2024.
