Capital World Ltd. held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on March 22, 2024, at Singapore’s High Street Centre, with key board members in attendance, including Mr. Low Chai Chong as Chairman. During the EGM, the Chairman, acting as proxy for several shareholders, oversaw the voting process for resolutions, which was conducted by poll in line with the company’s Articles of Association and SGX-ST Catalist Rules. The notice of the EGM had been previously disseminated to shareholders and made available online.
