Capital World Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Lam Kwong Fai from his role as Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective 11 October 2024, which includes stepping down as Chairman of the Audit and Nominating Committees. In response to the vacancy, the company is actively seeking a new Independent Director to meet regulatory committee requirements within a three-month period. Meanwhile, the Board has been restructured, appointing Mr. Low Chai Chong as the new Non-Executive Independent Chairman.
