Capital & Regional, the UK-based shopping centre REIT, has appointed Gerry Murphy as a Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive financial and real estate expertise to the board. Murphy is set to become the chairman of the Audit Committee after Ian Krieger’s departure following his nine-year term. The company anticipates Murphy’s experience will significantly contribute to its strategic growth and development.
