Capital & Regional plc has acknowledged Praxis Group Limited’s preliminary interest in making a cash offer for the company. While due diligence information has been provided to Prasix as per regulatory requirements, no formal offer or specific terms have been presented by Praxis. The market awaits further developments as Praxis must declare its intentions by 16 August 2024, amid uncertainty whether an offer will ultimately be made.
