Capita plc has successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2024, with all resolutions passed by shareholder votes, including approvals for Directors’ remuneration and the re-election of board members. Shareholders showed strong support across all resolutions, with the majority receiving over 95% approval, and the details of non-ordinary resolutions will be available on the National Storage Mechanism website. The company expresses gratitude to the shareholders for their participation and engagement in the AGM process.
