Pablo Andres, the incoming Chief Financial Officer of Capita plc, has invested in the company by purchasing 1.2 million Ordinary Shares on the 7th of August, 2024. This acquisition increases his total holdings to 1.85 million shares, which equates to 0.11% of Capita’s issued share capital. The transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 17.1905 pence per share.
