Canterra Minerals Corporation announced the successful re-election of its board of directors, with Joanne Kearney joining as a new member, during its Annual General and Special Meeting. Shareholders showed strong support for all proposed matters, including the implementation of a new Omnibus Incentive Plan for share-based compensation. Canterra, a company focused on precious and critical minerals exploration in Central Newfoundland, continues to strengthen its leadership and growth strategy.
