The company also held its 2024 AGM, where shareholders approved the remuneration report, the new auditors In.Corp Advisory, and elected Mr. James Walker, a partner of Scalare Partners, as a non-executive director. Moreover, there were no payments to related parties and operating expenditure details were provided for the quarter.
