CANbridge Pharmaceuticals Inc. (HK:1228) has released an update.

CANbridge Pharmaceuticals Inc. has announced the appointment of Dr. Fangxin Li as a non-executive Director and a member of the remuneration committee, effective September 30, 2024. Concurrently, Mr. Edward Hu will resign from his non-executive Director position and as a member of the same committee. The changes come as part of a board and committee reorganization to strengthen the company’s governance and strategic direction.
