Canadian Solar Fund Announces Unit Repurchase Plan

Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund.Inc. (JP:9284) has released an update.

Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund, Inc. has announced its decision to repurchase up to 12,000 of its own investment units, with the aim of improving unitholder value by potentially enhancing distribution per unit and Book-value per Share (BPS). The repurchase is set to occur on the Tokyo Stock Exchange between August 19 and November 29, 2024, and will not exceed a total of 1,000 million yen. Following the repurchase, all acquired units will be cancelled before the end of the 15th fiscal period in December 2024.
