Canadian Metals (TSE:CME) has released an update.
Canadian Metals Inc. has announced a 5:1 share consolidation approved by shareholders, with trading of the new post-consolidation shares set to begin on the Canadian Securities Exchange around April 22, 2024. Following the consolidation, the total issued and outstanding shares will be reduced to approximately 31.2 million. Shareholders are being provided with a Letter of Transmittal to guide them in exchanging their share certificates.
