Canadian Life Companies Split Corp. has announced an increase in the Preferred Share dividend rate from 6.50% to a new rate of 7.00%, with a cap of 9.00%, starting December 1, 2024. Alongside this, the company confirmed the extension of its termination date to December 1, 2030, and offered an additional retraction right for shareholders. The portfolio consists of investments in four major Canadian life insurance firms.
