Canadian GoldCamps (TSE:CAMP) has released an update.

Canadian GoldCamps Corp. achieved unanimous shareholder support at their Annual General and Special Meeting, electing three directors and approving key proposals including the re-appointment of auditors, an Omnibus Long-term Incentive plan, a private placement, and a deal for a significant stake in the uranium-rich Murphy Lake Project.
