Canadian Gold Corp. successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement offering, raising $315,000 through the sale of flow through shares, with a portion subscribed by insiders. In addition, the company’s recent shareholder meeting resulted in the approval of all proposed items, including the election of CEO Michael Swistun to the board of directors. The funds will be directed towards the company’s Canadian exploration projects to further their gold resource expansion.
