Canadian General Investments, Limited has successfully completed its annual general meeting, with a 69.18% shareholder turnout. All seven management-nominated directors were elected to the board, with vote percentages ranging from 89.25% to 96.12%. Additionally, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has been reappointed as the company’s auditor.
