Canada Nickel Targets 2027 Production Start

Canada Nickel Company Inc (TSE:CNC) has released an update.

Canada Nickel Company Inc. has initiated the Front End Engineering Design phase for its Crawford Nickel Sulphide Project, aiming for a construction decision by mid-2025 and starting production by the end of 2027. The engineering work is being conducted by Ausenco Engineering Canada ULC, in collaboration with several firms from the project’s feasibility study, and is set to conclude by August 2024. The current focus is on de-risking the project with data from the winter geotechnical program to support the engineering of key infrastructure components.
