Campbell’s Company announced the retirement of CEO Mark Clouse, effective January 2025, with Mick J. Beekhuizen taking over the role. The company reported a 10% increase in net sales to $2.8 billion in its first quarter of fiscal 2025, driven by strategic investments and the acquisition of Sovos Brands. Despite a slight decrease in organic sales, Campbell’s adjusted EBIT rose by 6%, and the quarterly dividend was increased by 5%.
