Cambridge Nutritional Sciences plc has announced that its subsidiary, Omega Diagnostics Limited, has settled a legal dispute with the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. The settlement, reached on a ‘drop hands’ basis with no admission of liability, allows the company to reclassify £2.5 million of deferred income as exceptional income, which will not affect the company’s key financial metrics.
