Cambridge Cognition Launches Share Open Offer

Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC, specialists in brain health assessment technology, have announced a new Open Offer to raise approximately £125,000 by offering shares at 40 pence each. The Open Offer follows a recent successful Placing and Subscription and is exclusively available to Qualifying Shareholders, providing an opportunity to further invest in the company. Important deadlines for the offer include a proxy vote deadline on June 13, 2024, and a final application deadline on June 14, 2024.
