Cambridge Cognition Holdings (GB:COG) has released an update.

Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, with all proposed resolutions passed by a majority of shareholders’ votes. The company, which specializes in digital solutions for brain health assessment, also announced a change in its corporate structure with the renaming of its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to Panmure Liberum Limited following a merger.
