Cambium Bio Limited has announced the appointment of Chi-Tai Chang as a director on October 10, 2024. Following this appointment, it was disclosed that Chang has an indirect interest in the company through 2,384,359 ordinary shares held by Cyntec Co., Ltd, where he serves as a director. No direct holdings were reported, and no interests in contracts were disclosed.
