Cambi Insider Sells All Shares, Company Remains Strong

Cambi ASA (DE:3W7) has released an update.

EFC Havn AS, closely associated with Cambi ASA’s CEO Eirik Fadnes, has sold 1,263,889 shares of Cambi ASA at NOK 15.0 each, leaving it with no remaining shares in the company. The transaction took place on August 21, 2024, and was promptly disclosed in accordance with EU and Norwegian trading regulations. Cambi ASA, a leader in biogas technology for wastewater treatment, is listed on Euronext Growth Oslo.
