Calnex Solutions PLC aims to amend its incentive schemes by increasing the share option limit from 10% to 12.5% of the issued share capital to better incentivize its key staff and stay competitive in the market. The proposal, which comes after a shareholder consultation, requires approval at a general meeting scheduled for October 2, 2024.
