Calidus Resources Issues New Employee Options

Calidus Resources Ltd. (AU:CAI) has released an update.

Calidus Resources Limited has announced the issue of new unquoted equity securities, comprising two tranches of options expiring on December 31, 2027. The first tranche includes 3,833,067 options, while the second tranche offers 10,474,919 options, both set to be issued on June 4, 2024. These securities are part of an employee incentive scheme and will not be publicly traded on the ASX until the end of their restriction period.
