Richard Tucker and John Bumbak of KordaMentha have been appointed as Receivers and Managers of Calidus Resources Limited and its subsidiaries following the decision to enter voluntary administration. An urgent operational assessment is underway, and they will be initiating a recapitalization and sale process supported by key stakeholders. Interested parties are invited to participate in the sale process, while suppliers, creditors, and shareholders are provided with specific contact information for inquiries.
