Calidus Resources Director Increases Stake

Calidus Resources Ltd. (AU:CAI) has released an update.

Calidus Resources Ltd. has reported a change in Director David Reeves’ interest in the company, following the acquisition of additional securities through indirect interests, which include trust and superannuation fund holdings. Reeves’ updated stake includes over 20 million shares, an increase in listed options, and a new allotment of performance rights, without any securities being disposed of. These changes come after shareholder approval at the recent general meeting and involve no cash consideration for some of the acquired securities.
