Caledonia Mining Announces New Share Issue

Caledonia Mining (CMCL) has released an update.

Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC has issued 14,694 new common shares following the vesting of a Restricted Share Units award to its Chief Operations Officer, James Mufara, resulting in his share capital interest reaching 0.076%. These shares are expected to start trading on AIM around October 4, 2024, increasing the total number of shares in issue to 19,214,554. This move is part of the Company’s 2015 Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan and reflects its ongoing commitment to incentivize its management team.
