Cairn Homes (GB:CRN) has released an update.
Cairn Homes Plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 200,698 of its own shares on the Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, which will subsequently be cancelled. This move is part of the company’s previously announced share buyback program from March 2023, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 642,713,386. The detailed transactions were conducted through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, with prices ranging from €1.6080 to €1.6300 and £1.3580 to £1.3720 on the respective exchanges.
