Caffyns PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 1, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passed unanimously, including the adoption of accounts, director re-elections, and the declaration of a final dividend of 5.0 pence. However, shareholder-proposed resolutions to make political donations and to donate to the Reform UK Party were significantly rejected. The company has complied with regulatory requirements by submitting details of the special business resolutions to the National Storage Mechanism.
