Cafe de Coral Holdings Ltd. (HK:0341) has released an update.

Cafe de Coral Holdings has announced the retirement of Mr. Li Kwok Sing, an independent non-executive director, who did not stand for re-election at the 2024 AGM and consequently stepped down from various committee roles. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Li’s 30 years of service, highlighting his significant contributions in investment banking and capital markets. Furthermore, the board has undergone changes, including appointing Mr. Lo Hoi Kwong as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and altering the composition of the Board Committees effective from 6th September 2024.
