C3 Metals Inc. successfully completed a $4.5 million private placement by issuing 14.99 million shares, which will fund exploration in Jamaica and Peru, alongside working capital and corporate needs. Notably, investor Robert L. Gipson’s stake in the company has increased to approximately 16.91% post-placement.
