C21 Investments Inc., a vertically integrated cannabis company, has reported a delay in filing its audited financial statements and related documents due to a change in fiscal year-end and a recent switch of auditors. The British Columbia Securities Commission granted a Management Cease Trade Order, which restricts company management from trading securities until the filings are complete, expected by July 15, 2024. Shareholders’ ability to trade has not been affected by this order.
