C-MER Eye Care Holdings Limited has announced the renewal of a lease for its Shenzhen C-MER Hospital property, extending it for an additional 36 months beginning August 1, 2024. The lease renewal with Shenzhen Maida, associated with a company executive, is a connected transaction under the Listing Rules, but does not require independent shareholder approval. The property, vital for the company’s eye hospital operations, will be recognized as a right-of-use asset with an estimated value of approximately RMB20.9 million.
