This transaction slightly raised the combined ownership of Dr. Lam and C-MER Group Limited, where he is a major shareholder, from 54.95% to 54.98% of the company’s issued share capital. The company has confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public float requirements post-purchase.
