Bytes Technology Group Plc has applied for the admission of 1,532 additional ordinary shares to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange’s main market, to satisfy the exercise of options under the BTG Sharesave Plan, with expected admission on June 7, 2024. These new shares will be on par with the existing ones post-issue.
