Byotrol Plc, a specialist in infection prevention and control, has announced a delay in its Capital Reorganisation due to an administrative error, now set to become effective at the close of business on April 24, 2024. Additionally, the company’s transition from public to private status, under the new name Byotrol Limited, is expected to be completed by May 21, 2024, following the cancellation of its AIM shares on April 30, 2024.
