BYND Cannasoft Enterprises Inc., an Israeli-based software and cannabis firm, has announced that their shareholders have approved all recommended management resolutions at a recent special general meeting. The approvals include a Shareholders Rights Plan, amendments to the company’s compensation and stock option plans, and a share capital consolidation on a 30-to-1 basis. BYND Cannasoft, known for its proprietary CRM software, is also developing a new CRM platform tailored to the medical cannabis industry and owns a patent-pending device for women’s health.
